Privacy Policy
This page explains what personal data we collect through this site, why we collect it, how long we keep it, whether it is shared with third parties, and how you can access, correct or delete it.

1. Who is the data controller
Qingdao Yunsu Polymer Material Technology Co., Ltd. ("we") is the controller of personal data processed through this site.

2. What personal data we collect
a. Enquiry form: company name, contact person name, email address, WhatsApp number (or other telephone number), country/region, plus the material requirements, target grade, purchase quantity and technical notes you choose to provide.
b. Visit and device data: IP address, browser type and version, operating system, screen resolution, referring source, time of visit and pages viewed. Used for site statistics and security.
c. Cookies and similar technologies: necessary cookies keep the site working; analytics cookies are enabled only after you consent — see section 8.
We do not collect ID numbers, bank details, biometric data or other sensitive personal data, and we do not knowingly collect data from children under 14.
3. Why we process your data
a. To answer your enquiry, prepare quotations, arrange sampling and sample shipment, and perform the resulting contract and technical support — necessary for the performance of a contract.
b. To measure site usage and improve content and usability — based on your consent, which you may withdraw at any time.
c. To meet legal obligations such as export customs, tax and quality traceability — based on a legal obligation.
We do not use your personal data for automated decision-making or advertising profiling.
4. Sharing with third parties
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal data. We share it only in these cases:
a. Google Analytics 4 (Google LLC) for site measurement, only after you consent to analytics cookies.
b. Business email and messaging providers, used to reply to your enquiry.
c. Freight forwarders, customs brokers and testing bodies — only after a transaction is concluded, and only to the extent needed to deliver.
d. Where required by law or by a competent authority.
5. Cross-border transfer
This site is hosted in the United States (Tencent Cloud overseas node), so access logs and statistics may be processed in the United States.
Google Analytics 4 data may likewise be transferred to the United States.
For visitors from the EU, the UK and China, we limit cross-border processing to the minimum needed for the purposes above and protect the data with encrypted transport and access control.
6. Retention
Enquiry and business correspondence: kept for 24 months from the last business contact, then deleted or anonymised.
Site visit statistics: kept for 14 months.
Records required by law (export, customs and tax documents): kept for the statutory period.
7. Your rights
You may access, obtain a copy of, correct, complete or delete your personal data, request an explanation of our processing rules, and withdraw consent you have previously given.
Withdrawal of consent does not affect processing already carried out on the basis of consent before withdrawal.
How to exercise: email wg@cplastics.com.cn stating your request and identifying yourself. We will respond within 15 working days.
If you believe our processing has harmed your rights, you may also lodge a complaint with the data protection authority in your country or region.
8. Cookies and analytics
This site uses Google Consent Mode. Until you click "Accept", the analytics tag sends only cookieless, anonymous signals; no analytics cookies are set and you cannot be identified from them.
After you click "Accept", Google Analytics 4 becomes active and records traffic sources, search terms and popular pages. Cookies such as _ga are then set, for up to 2 years.
You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings at any time, and clearing browser data resets your earlier choice.
Necessary cookies (site function and security) do not depend on your consent; disabling them may break parts of the site.
9. Security
We use HTTPS encrypted transport, restrict back-office access with passwords and permissions, and back up enquiry data regularly.
No method of transmission over the internet is entirely secure. If a personal data breach occurs, we will notify you and report to the authority as the law requires.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as laws or our business change. The updated version will be published on this page with a revised "last updated" date.
If an update materially changes the purposes, methods or categories of data, we will obtain your consent again.
