Why source this family from CPlastics

  • Formulations developed in-house, adjustable to your real duty cycle: filler loading, toughener and FR system
  • COA shipped with every lot; MFR, ash content, impact and tensile records kept on file
  • 500 kg MOQ, 7-10 days for standard grades, 10-20 days for custom grades
  • UL yellow card thickness tiers, RoHS / REACH declarations and full property reports available

Grade not listed under PA Modified Nylon?

Send us the duty cycle and we will normally come back with a sampling plan within a week. In most cases no new grade code is needed — only a formulation tweak.

Frequently asked questions

Can these grades replace the grade we use now?

Yes. Send us the incumbent grade and the critical values (tensile strength, impact at −30 °C, shrinkage, colour) and we match the formulation to those targets. Most customers validate with a 5–25 kg sample before switching production.

What is the minimum order quantity and sampling lead time?

500 kg for standard grades and 1 tonne for newly developed formulations. Stock grades ship samples in 3–7 days; new formulations take 7–15 days.

Can the formulation be tailored to specific targets?

Yes. We adjust glass fibre or mineral loading, the flame-retardant system, impact modification and the weathering package to your target values, then confirm with a sample.

Does every lot come with a COA?

Yes. Each lot is tested for MFR, ash, tensile and impact, and ships with a COA traceable by lot number. TDS values are typical; the COA is the release document.

Can the color and properties be customized to our requirements?
Yes. Colours can be matched to your colour standard. Give us the working conditions, performance targets and cost ceiling — we design the formulation backwards from there. Most customers validate with a 5–25 kg sample before series production.
