PA6 GF30 vs GF50
PA6+GF30: tensile 160-180 MPa, flex modulus 8000-9000 MPa. PA6+GF50: tensile 220-250 MPa, flex modulus 14000-16000 MPa. GF50 offers higher rigidity but lower impact and processability.
Reinforced PC Molding
Barrel 260-300°C, mold 80-120°C. Drying: 120°C/4-6h, moisture <0.02%. Glass-filled PC is usually translucent, not fully transparent.
