PCABS Hardness vs PC
PC hardness R118-124, PC/ABS R110-120. PC is slightly harder. With GF reinforcement, PC/ABS can reach R120-125. PC/ABS offers better processability and chemical resistance.
PCABS HDT
Normal range 95-125°C (1.82MPa). 60-70% PC: 110-120°C. 50% PC: 95-105°C.
Automotive Dashboard Grade
Requires HDT≥110°C, impact≥40 kJ/m², good flow. Recommended: SABIC CYCOLOY C1200HF, LG HI-100A.
