PC/ABS+PBT Modification
Adding PBT (5%-15%) improves chemical resistance, flowability, surface gloss, and dimensional stability. Trade-off: reduced impact toughness, more complex compatibilization.
PCABS Painting Adhesion
Poor adhesion causes: mold release residue, butadiene phase migration, low surface polarity, internal stress. Solutions: IPA wipe, plasma cleaning, primer coating, annealing (80°C/2h).
