5. Processing Guide

  • Mold Temperature: 40°C - 60°C. Proper mold temperature improves surface finish and reduces internal stress.

  • Injection Pressure: Use moderate to high pressure to ensure full filling, with appropriate holding pressure to prevent sink marks.
