1. Product Overview
PC/ABS HF1210 is a high-performance thermoplastic alloy blending Polycarbonate (PC) and Acrylonitrile-Butadiene-Styrene (ABS). This grade is specifically engineered with an advanced phosphorus-based halogen-free flame retardant system, ensuring full compliance with global environmental regulations such as RoHS and REACH while achieving a UL 94 V-0 flammability rating.

5. Processing Recommendations
Drying: PC/ABS is hygroscopic. Dry at 90-100°C for 3-4 hours. Ensure moisture content is below 0.02% to prevent hydrolysis.

Mold Temperature: 60°C - 90°C. Higher mold temperatures improve surface gloss and reduce molded-in stress.
