Modified Plastics Product Centre

Six families covering PP, PA, PC, ABS, PC/ABS and PPS with 22 grades in production. Data sheets, RoHS declarations and full-container pricing available on request.

Six families22 grades500 kg MOQ

PP Modified Polypropylene

Low density, good chemical resistance and cost efficiency. Modified by talc filling, elastomer toughening and glass fibre reinforcement for automotive trim, appliance structures and outdoor products.

PA Modified Nylon

High strength, stiffness and wear resistance. Glass fibre reinforcement lifts nylon to load-bearing structural parts, replacing metal in selected applications to reduce weight.

PC Modified Polycarbonate

High impact strength, dimensional stability and clarity. Flame retardant and low-temperature grades for electrical, lighting and outdoor parts.

ABS Modified Series

Balanced properties, easy processing and good surface finish. Weather resistant and anti-static versions for outdoor products and precision electronics.

PC/ABS Alloy Series

Combines the impact and heat resistance of PC with the processing and cost profile of ABS — the mainstream choice for electrical housings and automotive interiors.

PPS Polyphenylene Sulfide

High temperature resistance, inherent flame retardance, dimensional stability and chemical resistance for demanding industrial parts.

FAQ

Four questions buyers ask first

How do I choose between the six families?
Choose by duty cycle: PP for cost and chemical resistance, PA (nylon) for strength and wear, PC for impact and heat, ABS for surface finish and cost, PC/ABS for a balance of impact, heat and processability, and PPS for high temperature resistance, dimensional stability and electrical performance.
Can colour and properties both be customised?
Yes. Colour is matched to your swatch or colour code with batch-to-batch tolerance locked, and the formulation is tuned to target properties: glass fibre reinforcement, mineral filling, impact modification, halogen-free flame retardance, UV and weather resistance, anti-static and conductive grades.
What are the MOQ and lead times?
MOQ is 500 kg for established grades and 1 tonne for newly developed formulations. Existing grades sample in 3-7 days, with production 10-20 days after sample approval.
Which technical documents come with an order?
TDS, a per-lot COA, and RoHS / REACH declarations. Third-party testing (UL94, RoHS / REACH) can be arranged on request for flame-retardant grades, and PPAP documentation supported for automotive programmes under IATF 16949.
